Videography
Starting in the spring of 2021, I decided to attend film school. As someone coming from a photography background, I had no experience in film and wanted to explore the medium a bit before going to school.

I decided to start a YouTube channel to document my life & thoughts for friends that I would be apart from while at school and after moving from my hometown. However, it was also a crash course in how to shoot, edit, and navigate an online presence.

I am self-taught in Adobe Premier Pro and shoot on a Nikon Z5 as well as an iPhone 8. Since then, I have produced short- and long-form content for various campus organizations including Chapman Nikkei Student Union and the Rho Chi chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi.

FFC 110: Utopia and Dystopia Final Project

For my course in literature and film of the dystopian and utopian genre, I created my own dystopian teaser. I based my video off of the question of "what if the world was run by AI?"

Similar to Black Mirror, I was excited to use this assignment to apply film techniques and learn more about voice over.

Alpha Kappa Psi: Alpha Tau Pledge Class Video

As a pledge for the oldest, premiere co-ed business fraternity in the U.S., I was responsible for creating a cohesive video introducing all 24 pledges to the active chapter. Creating a parody of Vogue's "75 Questions", I presented this video at the end of the pledging process.

Alpha Kappa Psi: Fall 2023 Rush Video "Dare to Dream"

Serving as content creator for the Rho Chi chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi, I am responsible for developing a themed video promoting the chapter to potential rushees. Our fall theme, "Dare to Dream" focuses on childhood nostalgia and professional dreams achieved.

Alpha Kappa Psi: Spring 2024 Rush Video "Into the AKPsi-verse"

When creating a second rush video for the year, we opted for a more narrative and pop-culture centered theme. I was able to re-create scenes from "Into the Spider-verse" and tie it back to the core values of the fraternity and what USPs it offers to potential new members.
