Photography is my primary art medium, with which I have the most experience and with which I am most comfortable experimenting.

I have always been extremely interested in photos and how they convey a story. Beyond being a form of storytelling, my camera is a way for me to connect with people and to capture a time and moment that cannot be revisited. Over the years, my interest has turned into a passion as I realized how important graphics and images are in the new age of digital media.

My first-ever photo class was during my sophomore year of high school and I was able to learn more about art history and gain new inspirations before taking courses at the Academy of Art in San Francisco and RISD over the summer. From there, my skills increased exponentially and I was able to contribute more quality photos to school publications.
